The key features of the MX+ app are:

  • Fully offline capable. Lost your connection? No problem, continue your data collection and automatically upload when network is available.
  • Push notifications alert field users to new WOs.
  • Enhanced quality control of data input via type-specific fields, e.g. text, integer, signature, barcode, date etc.
  • Crew location tracking can be enabled on the mobile ensuring more efficient dispatching to the most appropriate resource
  • Built in messaging app with notifications. Get urgent messages to the field for individuals or groups of field crews.
  • Prioritized data upload. When bandwidth is restricted MX+ prioritizes the most important updates, whilst guaranteeing 100% delivery in due course.
